Light Weight Crack Stitch Repair Kit (Medium)

The pack contains all the materials needed to carry out crack repairs to approximately 10 metres of vertical or stepped cracking (depending on thickness of bed joint)

Contents:

  • x10 pieces of premium* 1000mm x 6mm Strucsol Ultrabars
  • x5 tubes of 300ml StrucSol Polyester Styrene Free rapid set resin and nozzles
  • x1 Durable 300ml Resin Gun 
NOTE: The 300ml resin needs require you to cut the metal clamps off prior to using- please see photos (easy to do)

Whats the difference between light weight and premium grade kit? 

Light Weight Kit
This kit is best suited to those with a lower budget in mind, however the cost saving isn't at the expense of quality materials. Our 300ml polyester is styrene free which performs better than standard 300ml resin. 
The 300ml gun we supply is a more refined and robust version of the standard issue 300ml guns on market today (which infuriatingly bend and buckle as you're using them)- you can be rest assured that this won't happen with our equipment. This kit focuses more on doing one set of crack stitch repairs. 

Heavy Duty Kit
With the heavy duty kit you get a higher quantity of more superior performing resin and a much, much more durable resin gun that will last you as long as you manage to keep it clean.  The premium kit is also ideally suited to contractors or people that will be carrying out crack stitch repairs on a regular basis. 

Full technical and design support supplied with product- if you send us a photo of the problem area we will overlay the repair specification onto the photo and recommend required products. Alternatively, contact us directly and we can talk you through your repair- no extra charge. 


*manufactured in the UK out of 304 CU Austenitic stainless steel, unlike lower grade alternatives manufactured from ferritic stainless steel. This means that it has high linear strength and corrosion resistance allowing for consistent maximum bond strength gain when paired with the grout or resin bonding adhesive.
